Update to Agreement

We have added "no smoking in units" to the list of what tenants cannot do in their units. Originally this fell under the fire hazard but we felt that it should be explicitly stated.
We have also moved the information about Locks onto the first page before Services. The only change is formatting, the terms are still the same. This notice has been posted in the office and you can also see the changes in your account as well. As this update does not include a rate change, no update will be mailed.
