Water Drainage & Re-Gravelling Project at Baggett Lane Facility -Updated

We have been working with an architect on how to improve the drainage of rain water/snow melt at the Baggett Lane Facility. This project is expected to begin the week of November 26th. The plan will involve digging up dirt and angling the ground toward the middle of the each pathway to direct water away from the units. We will also be re-gravelling at the same time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause in the short term, but we feel that this will greatly help during times of heavier rain or snow melt.
